Tranquility™ formula contains specific amino acids, vitamins, magnesium, and botanical ingredients that support positive feelings in times of stress and anxiety and may restore and optimize neurotransmitter function.
- GABA is considered an inhibitory neurotransmitter because it may block certain brain signals and decrease activity in the nervous system and also may be useful to support feelings of good mood and well-being when experiencing feelings of anxiety, stress, or fear.
- Folinic acid (as calcium folinate) may raise the tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4) levels, which is a critical cofactor for the manufacture of all mood-regulating neurotransmitters; in this form, folinic acid can be taken up across the blood-brain barrier that ordinarily remains impermeable to dietary folates.
- Taurine is an inhibitory neurotransmitter and functions in electrically active tissues, such as the brain and heart, to stabilize cell membranes.
Recommended Use: 1-2 capsules, once or twice daily, or as directed.

Do not make the mistake I did and take it at night
I didn’t think it would be a problem taking this at night before bed and I had a really hard time sleeping. It is nice to know that it gives you energy. I was mistaken by the name thinking it would help me sleep. I know a lot of people are low on B vitamins as well as myself so this is great for me, As long as I do not take at night. Hahaha. I definitely slept better the next night when taking it in the morning with food. It was easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

Tranquility is so easy to use I take 2 in the morning and two 30 minutes before bed. My job is extremely busy so at night my brain doesn’t want to shut down, since I started taking Tranquility I’ve been able to sleep longer and better every night. Miracle Pill for Me
This supplement was recommended to me by a friend who loves this brand. Now I know why she recommended them to me – they work! The tranquility pills help me unwind my brain after work and help me calm down if i’m ever anxious or stressed out. I especially like taking them before bed to help me fall asleep. This didn’t work for me but that doesn’t mean it will not work for you. The company found out I was not happy and refunded my money and I didn’t ask them to. I would not hesitate to try another product from this company.

Sleep easy
After seeing a natural path doctors she suggested sleep easy. This was very easy to take and I am now sleeping 7-9 hours a night with no brain fog. I feel great and very well rested. I would highly recommend this product

Finally a great night’s sleep!

Great formula
This supplement helps me to relax, to be more calm. However I can’t say that it helps me with my sleep. I shared some with my mom and it worked for her too. She can fall asleep easier when she takes it at night. Overall, it’s a great supplement.

So Far So Good For Sleeping And Staying Asleep (I Can’t Take During Day)
I have tried TONS of sleeping supplements over time. Some of them start off well and then don’t work. Others work well and I use them consistently then they are discontinued. Others with melatonin- well they are horrible. They make me sleep a few hours and then I am awake the rest of the night.SIZEThe size of these is pretty standard. They are capsules filled with powder.DIGESTIONI had not issues taking these with burps or taste of them coming back up. No burning either.DO THEY HELP?So far, I am finding that these do help me enter into a pretty good sleep. I have not taken them more than a week to tell long term if that will last. I will update if it stops working for me. I can not take these during the day as they make me too sleepy.B6If you do take these before bed time, be aware that sometimes B6 will cause you to have to urinate more often as it tends to balance body fluids after taking it.THE BOTTOM LINEThis sleep supplement is easy to take and seems to be helping me consistently to fall asleep and stay asleep. Its kind of hard to review supplements, I only wright something after researching the product and ingredient’s. I have had good results with no negative side affects thus far, it appears to do as advertised. My sleep seems to more productive with less waking up. Ill update if I have anything negative to report.

Great Ingredient Profile
I’m not sure whether it’s been due to placebo effect or not, but I’ve felt a general sense of well-being while taking this supplement. I don’t think I’ve noticed any improvement in sleep quality, but others may. The ingredients are kind of a who’s who for calming and mood support supplements: GABA, Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, and 5-HTP. I’m not familiar with the claimed effects of the other listed ingredients, but the ones I am familiar with do give me some confidence that the others have legitimate purpose, as well. The proprietary blend isn’t the best, if only for the fact that you don’t get clear indication of how much of each ingredient is contained within. To some extent, though, exact quantities of the parts are less important than the overall function of the whole. You’ve also got methylated B12, maybe an insignificant amount of Magnesium (?), and Bioperine which serves to aid in the absorption of it all. It’s a good formula, from what I can tell. It can also be an enormous supply for the price, if you find you can receive positive benefit from just one capsule a day.

This is a great all in one supplement to CHILL out! This product is very natural with only vegetarian caps and purified water. It contains a amino acids and herbals that are able to cross the blood brain barrier helping to release feel good chemistry. AHHHMAZING!

I have ordered from mountain peak nutritionals before, and I am always very happy with their products! This tranquility supplement does not disappoint! It arrived quickly and well package. The capsules are standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. There is no discernible tea store odor. They don’t bother my skin or my stomach so I’m very happy with it so far!
