- 5-HTP increases serotonin levels, facilitating sleep and supporting positive mood regulation.
- Valeriana sitchensis species supports calming effects without the exciting effects sometimes associated with the V. officinalis species for sensitive individuals and contains constituents that support the enzyme system responsible for the central catabolism of GABA, which can help to decrease central nervous system activity.
- Jujube and Yuan Zhi are two Chinese herbal nervine tonics that promote a more restful and uninterrupted sleep. In combination, they work synergistically to shorten the time interval to get to sleep as well as positively affecting delta brain wave activity that indicates a deeper and more restful sleep.
Recommended Use: 1 or 2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed.

Company stood behind the product.
This didn’t work for me but that doesn’t mean it will not work for you. The company found out I was not happy and refunded my money and I didn’t ask them to. I would not hesitate to try another product from this company.

I’m definitely sleeping more sound.
Its kind of hard to review supplements, I only wright something after researching the product and ingredient’s. I have had good results with no negative side affects thus far, it appears to do as advertised. My sleep seems to more productive with less waking up. Ill update if I have anything negative to report.

Great Ingredient Profile
I’m not sure whether it’s been due to placebo effect or not, but I’ve felt a general sense of well-being while taking this supplement. I don’t think I’ve noticed any improvement in sleep quality, but others may. The ingredients are kind of a who’s who for calming and mood support supplements: GABA, Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, and 5-HTP. I’m not familiar with the claimed effects of the other listed ingredients, but the ones I am familiar with do give me some confidence that the others have legitimate purpose, as well. The proprietary blend isn’t the best, if only for the fact that you don’t get clear indication of how much of each ingredient is contained within. To some extent, though, exact quantities of the parts are less important than the overall function of the whole. You’ve also got methylated B12, maybe an insignificant amount of Magnesium (?), and Bioperine which serves to aid in the absorption of it all. It’s a good formula, from what I can tell. It can also be an enormous supply for the price, if you find you can receive positive benefit from just one capsule a day.

Tranquility, Ahhh!
I take these to help me relax and get a good night’s sleep. I like the natural ingredients and am familiar with many – GABA, taurine, ashwagandha, magnolia, rhodiola rosea, 5-HTP, L-theanine, and black pepper. You also get V-B6 and B12, folinic acid, and magnesium.They say the suggested serving is 2 caps, but I take a number of other supplements as well, about half-an-hour before bedtime, with a glass of water, so I take one-a-day.You get 90 caps for your (nearly) $49, or 54-cents apiece.

Great formula
This supplement helps me to relax, to be more calm. However I can’t say that it helps me with my sleep. I shared some with my mom and it worked for her too. She can fall asleep easier when she takes it at night. Overall, it’s a great supplement.

Finally a great night’s sleep!
I have been using this product for a few weeks now and have noticed a big improvement in my sleep. I no longer have trouble falling asleep and I have slept more soundly through the night. I had forgotten how good it feels to wake up well-rested! 🙂

Sleep easy
After seeing a natural path doctors she suggested sleep easy. This was very easy to take and I am now sleeping 7-9 hours a night with no brain fog. I feel great and very well rested. I would highly recommend this product 😴
