1. What are Osteo™ supplements?

2. How is Osteo™ different from a basic calcium supplement?
Basic calcium supplements may contain only one form of calcium, sometimes combined with vitamin D. Osteo™ takes a broader nutritional approach by providing calcium from three sources alongside vitamin D3, vitamin K2, magnesium, boron, and ipriflavone.*

Osteo™ supplements contain calcium from three sources:*
- Lithothamnium red algae
- Calcium citrate

5. What roles do magnesium, boron, and ipriflavone play in the formula?
Osteo™ supplements include magnesium, boron, and ipriflavone to broaden the formula beyond calcium and vitamins D and K:*
- Magnesium is involved in many processes in the body, including bone formation and the production of protein and DNA. Osteo™ provides 100 mg of magnesium from magnesium citrate and magnesium malate per serving.*
- Boron is a trace element being studied for its potential involvement in calcium metabolism, vitamin D activity, and bone formation.* No Daily Value has been established for boron.
- Ipriflavone is an isoflavone derivative that has been studied in connection with bone metabolism. Ipriflavone and boron are included in a 103 mg proprietary blend, so individual amounts of each ingredient included in Osteo™ supplements are not available.*

7. How do I take Osteo™ supplements?
The recommended use is two capsules twice daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. This equals four capsules per day.*
At the recommended daily serving:
- A 120-capsule bottle lasts approximately 30 days.
- A 240-capsule bottle lasts approximately 60 days.
Both Osteo™ bottle sizes contain the same formula.* Do not exceed the labeled serving unless instructed by a qualified healthcare professional.
8. Is Osteo™ vegetarian?
Yes. Osteo™ is made with vegetarian capsules composed of hypromellose and purified water. The other ingredient listed on the current product label is rice flour.*

9. Can Osteo™ be taken with other supplements or medications?
Ask a healthcare professional before combining Osteo™ with medications or other supplements. This is important because:
- Calcium and magnesium may affect the absorption of certain prescription medicines.
- Vitamin K2 can interact with blood-thinning medications such as warfarin.
- Combining Osteo™ with other bone supplements, calcium products, vitamin D products, or multivitamins may substantially increase total daily nutrient intake.*
People taking thyroid medication, certain antibiotics, osteoporosis medications, blood thinners, or other prescription drugs may need specific timing instructions or monitoring.*
Consult a healthcare professional before using Osteo™ if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or are preparing for surgery. Do not discontinue or change a prescribed medication based on supplement information.
Although products may be described as “bones and joints supplements” or “bone joint supplements,” Osteo™ and Joint™ have different nutritional purposes.*
- Osteo™ focuses on bone health. Its formula supplies calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, magnesium, boron, and ipriflavone to support strong, healthy bones.*
- Joint™ focuses on joints and connective tissue. Its formula contains ingredients such as glucosamine sulfate, Boswellia, bromelain, Devil’s Claw, Meriva® turmeric, type II collagen, and ginger. This supplement is formulated to support healthy cartilage, connective tissue, flexibility, and mobility.*
The two formulas are not interchangeable. The right choice depends on whether you are seeking targeted nutritional support for your bones, joints, or both.*
