Description
Adrenal B Complex™ is designed to optimize both nervous system and endocrine system function by providing adrenal specific botanicals that complement a full complex of B vitamins and essential nutritional factors for producing healthy nerve cells and reducing the feelings of stress.
- Ashwagandha, Panax Ginseng, and Rhodiola are well-known adaptogenic herbs that help support stamina and athletic performance, increase energy and reduce fatigue, help a person stay calm and cope with stress effectively, support positive moods, support healthy cognition and memory, and support healthy sleep patterns.
- Biologically active B-complex vitamins, including methylcobalamin and pyridoxal-5-phosphate, are required for carbohydrate metabolism, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, tissue respiration, processing amino acids (proteins) and fats, nucleoprotein and myelin synthesis, cell reproduction, normal nerve cell activity, and DNA replication.
- New to this formula! 5-Methyl Folate (L- 5-MTHF) is a naturally occurring form of folate. It is now used in Adrenal B Complex because approximately 10% of people are not able to convert folate into 5-MTHF. Folate is required for the synthesis of SAM-e, a neurotransmitter associated with normal moods. Low concentrations of folate have been associated with fatigue, poor cognitive function, difficulty concentrating, low mood and irritability.
Recommended Use: 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily with food, or as directed.

This product is a game changer!
After hitting my late 40’s I have suffered from, weight gain, hot flashes, bad skin, sleepless nights and sad mood. A naturopath doctor said I needed adrenal support.
