Shipment Discrepancies:

MPN must be notified of any shipping discrepancies within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on opened products with the exception of production quality problems.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on expired product.
  • Discounted items are final sale.
  • Returns of unopened product must be made within 30 days of invoice date and returns are only accepted with prior authorization.
  • The customer agrees to pay for return shipping for any authorized returns and returns must arrive at our office within 2 weeks of authorization.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
