- Red yeast rice extract, which is back by popular demand, is used for maintaining normal cholesterol levels; our highly purified red yeast is manufactured by culturing M. purpureus on rice at a carefully controlled temperature and growing conditions that increase the concentration of vital compounds and is produced to avoid the presence of citrinin.
- Guggul is an extract from the Commiphora mukul tree, which is native to India, and contains ketonic steroids Z-guggulsterone and E-guggulsterone, including guggulipid, which is the ethyl acetate extract of the gum resin.
- Phytosterols help maintain healthy enzyme function and support healthy lipid metabolism.
Recommended Use: 1-3 capsules 3 times daily with food, or as directed.

I am a 67 year old male and have been using Mountain Peak Cholesterol Formula for the past 7 years. I have found that it is beneficial for my cholesterol numbers. I have never taken a statin and exercise regularly and eat sensibly.

Easy to swallow
No after taste, and easy to swallow. 3 pills is a large serving though, atleast larger than I prefer but just hoping this stuff helps. Time will tell if it actually helps lower cholesterol. It’s the first time I’m taking a supplement for this. I am also eating healthy and trying to workout regularly, so hopefully the combo will [help]. Hard to know what can be attributed back to the supplement but itll be worth a shot

Good stuff and made in Oregon USA! Yeah!!!
I live in Oregon and recently found out about Mountain Peak Nutritionals. This is the first supplement I have ordered from this company and I am really impressed with it.Taking this supplement along with cardio several times a week and watching my diet has improved my blood test results significantly. This is an expensive supplement, but if you look closely at the ingredients you will see that the ingredients are very unique and effective.Just a word of warning if you have diabetes. You might want to check with your Dr. about taking this because it has Niacin which can effect pre-diabetic or diabetic patients.

Easy to swallow cholesterol support supplements
I recently was told that my cholesterol was […]. So I started these supplements with a change in my diet and intermittent fasting. They are easy to swallow and no negative side effects so far. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to make font larger because it’s very tiny and has to read. Take these 3 times per day, 1 with each meal!

Beneficial supplement for heart health
This product comes double sealed for freshness and safety. It also has the cotton inside to protect the contents during shipment. The pill is about the length of a quarter so I would strongly recommend taking it with a liquid. There is no smell and no taste. After awhile from having taken the pill I have not experienced any negative side affects. For some statins do not provide the needed benefit and in some cases the negatives outweigh the positives so this is a potential tool for some to use in their cholesterol management that is considered a healthy option.

An Easy-to-Swallow Cholesterol Support Supplement
I normally have problems swallowing large capsules, but had no problem with these as they went down easily. I’d already known about CoQ10, and was excited about the research done on Guggul, and the planning that went into the combination of ingredients included in this supplement.Of course it goes without saying to consult with your doctor first, and to carefully consider any and all warnings listed on the bottle, always perform your due diligence! I’m trying the supplement and so far I feel great with no aftereffects to report. The Mountain Peak Nutritionals Cholesterol Support is a 5-star product that I would buy again.

Hoping it helps
Decide to try this and like most supplements and vitamins , I can’t really say exactly what is in this or how much it truly helps but I am giving it a chance and will only know if it helps when bloodwork is done. So will find out in a few months. But as far as the actual pills. They don’t smell bad; kind of like a dehydrated veggie pack. No adverse reactions from the pills while taking them on an empty or full stomach. I am also eating better. I will say these pills are priced on the high side but if it works then would be worth it.

I added this supplement to my daily routine for 1 1/2 months…I started with 1 capsule per day and worked my way up to the suggested 3 per day.The capsules are not gigantic and they are easy to swallow. No bad taste, no aftertaste and no burping. I actually like the way they smell.I took this supplement for my cholesterol heart health and overall health benefits that all the ingredients in the capsules contain.So many power house ingredients that are premium and each ingredient is beneficial to your overall health.I feel great! I have never taken a cholesterol supplement before, so was looking forward tobtaking this. A serving is 3 capsules and you get 180 in a bottle, so that’s 2 months worth. I have had no issues taking in regards to making my stomach upset. And the capsules are standard sizes. The ingredients atecgreat all good stuff. And as far as price at $46.95 is an ok deal as you are getting 2 months worth. I have not had my blood work done yet, so I can’t state if it lowered it but, I feel good and it has some good ingredients that are really supposed to help.
