We enjoy giving this delicious dressing as a gift during the Holiday season, but it can be made any time of year.
Ingredients
1 C safflower oil
3 t lemon juice
2 T tamari
1/2 C chopped sweet onion
1/2 C chopped green pepper
1 stick celery chopped
1/4 C tahini
1 clove garlic (or to taste)
dash of salt and white pepper
Blend well and keep in the refrigerator for 2-4wks. ENJOY!
